This independent holiday house (160 m2) is set in a rustic style on the enchanting promontory of Ansedonia, next to one of the most beautiful Tuscan coasts. The accommodation is situated at 400 m (as the crow flies) from the sea and offers both excellent privacy and a beautiful view over the sea, the area of the “Monte Argentario” and the wild beach called “Feniglia” from the equipped terrace on the upper floor. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests and has 4 bright and airy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by 1.500 m of private outdoor space with a lovely garden and equipped court-yard (30 m2) and offers a large, equipped terrace (50 m2) on the upper floor with stunning sea views. You are able to use the barbecue and experience dinign alfresco whilst soaking up the sun and stunning surroundings . There is also parking for 2 cars and 1 pet allowed. Be sure to visit the beach where you can rent sun umbrellas and deck-chairs is at just 1,2 km distance. The position of the house enables you to visit all the wonderful beaches in that area and to easily reach the different seaside resorts and coastal towns and the interesting places with Etruscan origins. Distances: 1,2 km alimentary shops and restaurant, 1 km tennis, 8 km Orbetello (various shops), 15 km Porto Ercole, 20 km Porto S. Stefano (ferries to the isle of Giglio), 28 km Talamone, 48 km Tarquinia, 50 km the thermal baths of Saturnia, 55 km Pitigliano and 130 km Rome.

    “Geräumiges Haus mit div. Sitzplätzen um das Haus. Sauber, Ausstattung funktional, aber durchwegs sehr alt, recht dunkel und mit Renovationsbedarf (Fenster, Türen, Tore, Insektenschutzgitter, Gartenstühle,...)
    Haus und Küche nicht für 8 Personen ausgestattet. Keine Mikrowelle, kein Toaster, kein Staubsauger, Geschirrspülmaschine sollte dringend ersetzt werden.”

    - Wäschewechsel für 2. Woche wurde erst am Montag Abend gebracht.
    - Haus entsprach nicht der Beschreibung: das 4. Zimmer konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es nicht vorbereitet war, das 3. Bad nur als Gästetoilette nutzbar - Dusche zu klein.
    - Haus allg. Zustand: abgewohnt und schmutzig. Z.B. Sockelleisten abgelöst, Riegel an den Türen verrostet - nicht richtig schließbar; Moskitonetz zur unteren Terrasse ausgerissen.
    - Sonnenschirm kaputt übernommen - so nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
    - Terrassenstühle teilweise nicht nutzbar, da defekt.
