The ideal house for two families with a swimming pool on a step to the beach. It can accommodate 8-10 people. It consists of two identical apartments that share a common courtyard, gazebo and pool. On each floor, there is a comfortable apartment for 4-5 persons with a balcony, spacious living room with kitchen and extra bed on the couch, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine. The use of air conditioners in the price, pets are not allowed, assured parking place.
