Just outside Monte San Savino (1.5 km), holiday home in a two-family house located on the first floor of a historic villa, surrounded by a park-like property with pool (shared with ITA901). The whole building has maintained its original characteristics and atmosphere, with the furniture in antique rustic style. Guests have at their disposal a private outdoor seating area in front of the house. Various other garden seating areas are spread out on the property, under a rose covered pergola. You can enjoy a short walk and reach the nice town of Monte San Savino, where you can stop in one of the local bars, typical restaurants or at the ice-cream parlors. Travelers can set off tours to discover this fascinating territory rich in history and culture: Arezzo (20 km), Cortona 30 km, Siena 50 km and Florence 80 km. Monte San Savino has a rich offer of cultural events in the summer, especially concerts in the rose garden. Don’t miss the chance to drop by the local market, which is held every week on Wednesday.
