Spend a relaxing holiday in a unique position, near the sea, in the small village of St. Marina, in a beautiful, fully renovated holiday home with delightful view on the peaceful bay and sea. Additional comfort offer spacious terraces and well-maintained garden where you can really enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, relaxing with your favorite book or hanging out and preparing your favorite meals and the end of the terrace there is a private bathroom. If you desire a refreshing, it is enough to get down to the coast and dive into the crystal clear waters. The beach is located below the house. Sveta Marina is a quiet, picturesque village on the eastern coast of Istria, known for its crystal clear waters, and the town is also a diving center which makes it the favorite destination for diving and water sports. Visit the nearby historic town of Labin, rich in art and culture, and enjoy the cuisine of one of the local restaurants. In the summer months there are a grocery store and a restaurant, located only 450 m away.
