    “Lage - ruhig und Sonnenseite. Von der Terrasse aus, sieht man auf ein Naturschutzgebiet. Keine Bebauung davor und auch kein Wanderweg. Den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse, die eine Balustrade hat, die noch zusätzlich schützt. Die Nachbarn sind weit genug weg, um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu genießen. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, was kein Problem ist. Gute Spazier -und Wanderwege sind in der Nähe.
    Das Haus ist älter und nicht all zu groß, aber es ist ausreichend auch für mehr Personen. Schön ist der alleinstehende Anbau mit Schlafraum, Bad und Sauna. Über eine überdachte Terrasse kommt man ins Haupthaus. Es ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles vorhanden. Der Kaminofen erwärmt das komplette Haus gut. Die Fußböden sind aus Holz bis auf den Flur und gut zu reinigen. Große Fenster im Wohnzimmer lassen viel Licht rein. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt genügend Geschirr, welches schon etwas älter ist. Das Bad im Haupthaus ist älter, das im Anbau neuer.
    Super, dass man den lieben Vierbeiner mitnehmen kann. Eine Sandkiste gibt es auch, die geschützt liegt. Da das Haus auf einem Naturgrundstück liegt, gibt es keine Rasenfläche auf der man spielen kann. Hat uns auch nicht gestört, da die Terrasse groß ist.”
