This lovely four bedroom villa is located just a short drive from the village of Montauroux, within an exceptionally peaceful setting. It boasts beautiful views towards the Gorges de Siagne and the hilltop village of St Cezaire. The holiday home is situated in a recently built residential area, where private villas each occupy their own plot.

The villa occupies spacious grounds, which cover 2,100m2 in size. It has been tastefully decorated and boasts a comfortable living area with large sofas and stylish arm chairs, a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan dining area. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two bedrooms are located on the upper level - all bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. The grounds offer plenty of space for the whole family to relax and includes a wonderfully refreshing swimming pool, which is surrounded by a spacious terrace. Part of the terrace area is covered, which ensures that it is a great spot for al fresco dining.

The enchanting village of Montauroux is situated just north of Lac de Saint Cassien and benefits from lovely views towards the neighbouring village of Callian. It is home to a twice weekly market, as well as a selection of bakeries, restaurants and eateries. Thanks to its mild climate, its a wonderful place to visit all year round.
