This very pleasant vacation home in the beautiful department of Finistère awaits you right by the sea. The house is large and comfortable and can accommodate up to 10 people. You will have at your disposal a large garden and a barbecue terrace with a panoramic view of the littoral. Kerlouan is characterized by very beautiful buildings and monuments, such as the church of Saint-Brévalaire and several small chapels, and its bizarrely shaped rocks are also a beautiful sight. Visit the small hamlet of Meneham, where peculiar houses testify to a rich past. There is plenty of animation waiting for young and old on the beaches.     “Spijtig dat de badkamers verouderd en beschimmeld waren, anders had dit een perfecte vakantiewoning geweest. De eigenaar van het pand komt het afval zelf ophalen, op zich prijzenswaardig ware het niet dat hij via de achterpoort naar de tuin gaat niet mijn idee van privacy.”

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Strand, nur eine recht wenig befahrene Straße trennte beides. Der Blick aufs Meer war unglaublich. Besonders genossen wir die Ruhe.
    Die Ausstattung war vollständig. Die moderne Satellitenanlage versorgte uns mit allen gängigen Sendern.
    Der Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Garten sehr gepflegt.
    Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Hunde) fühlten uns rundum wohl.
    Auch das Wetter war (2. Oktoberhälfte) wunderbar, stets um die 15 bis 20°. Der Strand, zu dieser Jahreszeit oft menschenleer, war paradiesisch. Unsere Hunde genossen die Freiheit, meist unangeleint Ebbe/Flut und Felsen zu erkunden.”

    “Alles prima, nur die kleine Dusche müsste überholt werden. Und hilfreich wären Infos in Deutsch und Englisch, da nicht jeder Französisch spricht. Die Lage ist Top.”

    “Die Beschreibung des Hauses trifft genau zu. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liegt wirklich direkt am Strand. Die Duschkabine könnte mal renoviert werden, aber ansonsten ist das Haus super. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus und der Garten sind gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Gasherd, einen sehr großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Betten sind ca. 1,50 breit (3 Stück), ein Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten (ca. 0,90 m breit) und in einem Zimmer steht ein Etagenbett. Ein Fernseher mit Satellitenanschluss und ein DVD-Player waren da. Auf der Terrasse gabe es genügend Liegen, Stühl und Tische. Die Spülmaschine, die Waschmaschine und der Trockner funktionierten tadellos.”

    “Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine unmittelbare Strandlage! Einfahrtbereich und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Im Haus überzeugt vor allem die tolle, modernisierte Küche - für kochbegeisterte also sehr empfehlenswert! Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist rustikal und nicht mehr die neuste, aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzig die Duschbäder könnten demnächst mal eine kleine Modernisierung gebrauchen, was den Gesamteindruck jedoch nicht schmälern kann.”
