    “Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend.
    Die Lage ist sehr zentral, da es sich an einer stark befahrenen Strasse befindet eher hohe Lärmemission (persönlich zu hoch).
    Zustand: Bei sämtlichen Aussenbeleuchtung waren keine Birnen eingesetzt, die Beleuchtung des Pools hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Der Sonnenschirm war ganzlich zerstört und die Holzlatten zum Pool an mehreren Stellen verottet (Gefahr durch rausstehende Schrauben).
    Hauptproblem stellten das Gäste-WC (Spülung defekt, Feuchtigkeit) sowie das -WC in der oberen Etage dar. Die Klobrillen sind nicht ordnungsgemäss fixiert gewesen, konnte anhand dem Zustand durch uns nicht richtig in Stand gesetzt werden. Zudem kam am Mittwoch das die unteren beiden WC von alleine überliefen, der Grund konnte durch uns nicht festgestellt werden (wurde bei Abgabe aber an Vertreter weitergeleitet).
    Stühle im Wohnzimmer standen mehrere Schrauben raus (Verletzungsgefahr).
    Die Sauberkeit war annehmbar mit Ausnahme der oberen Dusche wo eine erhebliche Haarmenge den Abfluss verstopft hatten.”
