This semidetached house is situated on quiet position near the center, and beach. Grocery store is also near cca 250m away, so practically car is not necessary if people want so.

One bedroom has double bed for 2 people and another one has 2 separated beds.
Bathroom is with shower, basin and toalete.
House has private parking and it is possible to use garden with the owner.
Check in after 14,00 o'clock, and check out till 10,00 o'clock.
Covered terrace is nice big and spacious with furniture to sit and sun shade.
Private parking is on the ground. Small garden is 90% closed so is suitable for children and also dog is free to run.
beach is cca 500m away, sea and town center cca 350m, shop and restaurant about 250m away. There are walking paths along the sea and among the olive trees, lot of excursions can be arranged. It is possible to rent bicycle or boat.
