Newly built (2016) luxury holiday villa in first row to the beach, with a private illuminated swimming pool and its own mini golf and tennis court Feel the touch of luxury in this wonderful holiday home in fantastic surroundings and almost right on the sea. The 30,000 square meter property is located on one of the most beautiful bays of the island of Pag and offers its visitors a relaxing holiday in secluded location. To the property leads an about 1 km long unpaved road.



The attractive holiday home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious living area with gallery offers impressive modern design and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired: If it is the breathtaking sea views, the infinity pool, the summer kitchen, the covered terrace, the lounge with pool table and fitness equipment, Turkish sauna and wine cellar, it's all available. The villa can accommodate up to ten persons.



Your private infinity pool offers stunning sea views and is surrounded by sun loungers. A multipurpose sports field for soccer, little tennis, volleyball, badminton and basketball is available. Additionally learn and have fun playing mini golf on a mini golf course.



The host offers you a great choice of wines at extra costs.



Entertainment can be found in nearby locations Zrće and Novalja, where during the summer months a variety of events are held and where the legendary parties are running during day and night. Try the famous and most appreciated island product the Pag cheese as well as the lamb meat which is prepared in a special way, in the restaurants of the town of Pag. Visit also the place Lun, with its olive groves and unique wild olive trees, which is declared as a botanical reserve. Learn more about the production of olive oil and drive through the botanical garden comfortably with a small train.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Achtung, dieses Haus hat ein Doppelzimmer im Untergeschoss, also ohne Fenster. Es ist daher (eigentlich) nur für 8 Personen geeignet.

    Ansonsten ist es sehr empfehlenswert. Schöne Aussicht, wunderbarer Pool, Minitennis und Minigolf sind in sehr gutem Zustand, alles sehr sauber, die Betreuerin des Hauses sehr nett und unkompliziert.”

    “Die Villa ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und ist eingebettet in ein riesiges umzäuntes Grundstück welches ans Meer angrenzt.
    Es sind viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten am Grundstück vorhanden, zusätzliche Wasseraktivitäten am Campingplatz in der Nähe.
    Abgesehen von der liebevollen und kompletten Ausstattung der Villa war die Betreuung Vorort ausgezeichnet. Die für das Objekt zuständige Mitarbeiterin half uns kompetent und superfreundlich bei der Organisation von Ausflügen, Restaurantbuchungen etc.
    Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder.”
