The house is situated in a quiet location at the end of a dead-end street, in the midst of a 15,000m2 large, fully fenced plot with wild-romantic flora. An automatic gate leads to the gravel driveway and the large forecourt with plenty of room for several cars. A wide staircase leads up to the main entrance. The spacious entrance area with access to the bedroom with bathroom en suite at the left, staircase to the basement and guest toilet at the right, opens to the large living room with dining area, followed by the fully equipped kitchen with separate pantry. The bedroom on the ground floor has a large double bed and a separate single bed. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and 2 armchairs and a relaxation armchair with footrest, as well as satellite TV and a stove in the corner. Next to it is the massive wooden dining table with 8 chairs. In the kitchen is in addition to the many small appliances such as toaster, microwave, coffee machines, etc. also the gas stove, the electric oven, a dishwasher and of course the steam extractor and a large combi refrigerator.
Two further double bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, are located in the spacious basement. There is also another living room with satellite TV. From here you can also reach the laundry room.
All bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets, so you can sleep undisturbed even with windows open. The bedrooms are additionally equipped with ceiling fans.
The living room on the ground floor has an exit to the cozy covered terrace, furnished with dining table and 8 chairs and a round mosaic table and another 6 chairs. There you can enjoy not only the meals, but also the view over the pool and the green. The pool is framed by sun terraces with enough space for the loungers and umbrellas. At the end of the pool is the shower house with toilet and an outdoor sink is available, as well as a barbecue area.
The house is guarded by a black cat named Blacky, born in June 2017. He spends his time on the grounds and has a cat house nearby. He is in regular veterinary treatment and is vaccinated and dewormed.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is located less than 2 km from the house and the town of Santanyí about 2.5 km. There are numerous shops, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular weekly market. On the bypass road, you get to the nearest supermarket in some 5 minutes drive .You should not miss a short trip to the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera with several restaurants on the harbor promenade. Also worth a visit is the monastery of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic view over the island. The Parc Natural Mondragó is nearby and offers access to the two beaches Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador. The kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc between Colónia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita is also within easy reach, or in the opposite direction Cala d'Or with its white houses in Ibizan style and the hustle and bustle.
The final cleaning costs €240 and is charged separately, as the obligatory tourist tax.
