A bright and sunny corner flat awaits you in a very quiet residential area on the western edge of the village of Scuol.
From the spacious, partly covered south-west facing terrace (37m2) you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains.

This holiday flat is centrally located and the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths are just a 10-minute walk away. The connection to the local bus, which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway, is just a few steps away.

The Tulai D74 holiday flat has a large and bright living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person. 2 spacious double bedrooms with single beds. Renovated bathroom with bath/WC/double washbasin + separate WC/sink. Very nice kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, free WLAN and much more.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Positiv: Das Haus liegt optimal ein Katzensprung vom Zentrum und zugleich auch von der Nähe der Talstation entfernt. Sie ist geräumig, den ganzen Tag schön besonnt, von der grossen Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick in die Natur und auf die Berge. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, bequem, die Küche ist ausserordentlich gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist ausserdem schön sauber gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Negativ: ---”

    “Einfach eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, herrliche Ferien zu verbringen... Positiv: Die fantastische Aussicht auf die Kirche und die Berge und Wald, die Weite von der wunderbaren Terrasse aus, mit genügend Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm. Die Ruhe, aber auch das Rauschen des Inn,
    Bus und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe .
    Die helle und grosse Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gut ausgerüstet. Es ist alles da! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Negativ: Dass die Reception nicht besetzt ist , es nur telefonische Hilfe gibt, oder das Büro im Dorf.”

    “I can only repeat what I wrote in 2016, one of the nicest apartments we have had and well-supplied with useful books, map, etc. for the guests. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of storage space, and the lounge is also comfortable with good lighting. The bathroom has natural light, which I haven't found in any of the other apartments we have used at Tulai. Positiv: I wrote about this apartment in 2016. My wife and I liked the balcony, with its undercover area. It was quite the best we have found anywhere in Switzerland. Being at the southern end of the block, part of the balcony receives the sun in the evening, as well as during the rest of the day. Negativ: Two years ago, I complained about the lack of a decent cook's knife in the kitchen and that there is no internet connection. I'm pleased to say that a reasonable cook's knife has been supplied, a Jamie Oliver one, although I would have preferred the one with the thicker blade. It's the first cook's knife I haven't had to sharpen. There is still no internet connection in the apartment, although it's possible to access the internet in the reception area. Beste Reisezeit: Spring - Visited only in the spring-time, but I can't see why it wouldn't be suitable for any time of the year. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, tourist office - There are three supermarkets, one large Co-op and two smaller Volg shops. We have little experience of the restaurants, preferring our own catering. There's not much point in having an apartment with such a wonderful balcony if the eating is done elsewhere. The Tourist Office is helpful, which is the norm in Switzerland. Empfehlung: Couples, seniors - There is a sofa in the living room that can be converted into a bed. I think this would be an awkward arrangement and one to be avoided, if possible. With two double bedrooms, the apartment could be used by families, but only with two children of the same sex, I would have thought.”
