Perfect for families with children to enjoy the benefits of a large swimming pool, sun terrace, the shades of olive and fig trees and lots of space to play around a fully fenced garden. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 rooms.  It offers a safe roofed parking for 3 vehicles within the property and a large seasonal swimming pool. The 28 m2 roofed terrace to be reached through sliding doors in the dining room opens your door to the world of grilling, with a 2 burner gas grill and convenient side tables for serving trays. The perfect size to grill up a couple of burgers, chicken, steaks or fish. In case you prefer a garden fireplace, there’s one down the terrace stairs. All the food to be enjoyed with family members around a 6 seat table on the shaded terrace. The peaceful mornings are perfect for joggers and reading lovers.  The host lives in a house only 100 m away and is easily reachable to contact in case you have any specific needs. Owner’s daughter lives in the separate part of the rental house sharing the parking with 1 vehicle, respectful of your space but available if needed, and is there to your support.

    “overall we give this property a 10/10 as well a 10/10 to their wonderful owners. If we ever go back to Labin, we will definitely try to book again here because we absolutely loved it all. Positiv: As we got to the property, our family was amazed at the sheer beauty of it all. The house itself was spacious and was equipped with everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor facilities (pool and porch) were also excellent. You can tell that the propietor really takes into account every little detail and they really care about their customer´s overall experience. Esther is very nice and was always availabe if we had any questions. She has premade folders that are very informational about the area with things such as restaurant recommendations and activities to do while staying there. My group was made up of my wife, twins, mother and her partner. For the children it,s a perfect place to just run around and have fun. The pool was especially clean, which we appreciated. Negativ: I can´t think of anything bad except little things that in the end didn´t take away from my wonderful experience here. There are lots of bees and mosquitos, therefore come prepared. It is a bit in the countryside so just accept you are sharing your space with these creatures and you will be fine. The property owner had an ice machine we were looking forward to using but didn´t work. Like I said, not a big deal, we just had to go buy some at the gas station and that was that. Doesn´t take away from anything because everything else was just simply perfect and enjoyable for our family. Restaurant: Velo Kafe - The service was excellent and the meal was superb. I recommend trying anything with the truffles as its a specialty in the area. Do make reservations because it´s very popular. Ausflüge: Rabac - Rabac is just a few minutes drive from Labin and it has one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen. The water is so clear and the sea is so enjoyable to swim in. It is a rocky beach but the cleanliness and crispness of the water makes up for it. No muddy waters or weird algae or other things touching your legs.”

    “Positiv: Außergewöhnlich!!! Da das Haus erst seit knapp einem Jahr auf den üblichen Plattformen ist und dementsprechend noch keine Bewertungen vorhanden sind, waren wir ein wenig skeptisch... Aber das Haus ist der absolute Hammer! Es fehlt an nichts! Selbst solche Dinge, die man als Urlauber grds kaufen muss (Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentapps, Waschmittel etc) ist alles vorhanden! Von der Knoblauchpresse bis zur Salatschleuder ist die Küche besser ausgestattet als bei uns zu Hause. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich rührend um einen und hat jede Menge Tipps! Ihre Tochter wohnt in der oberen Etage, aber wir waren gefühlt trotzdem ganz für uns alleine. Wir waren wirklich im positiven Sinne sprachlos von der Unterkunft und traurig, dass wir nur eine Woche da waren. Ich versichere, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden!!! Der Strand in Rabac ist in 15min erreicht. In den Ort Labin läuft man 15min. Für Ausflüge etc war die Lage für uns perfekt! Restaurant: Green & Grill am Strand von Girandella (Rabac) - Angemessene Preise und einen tollen Blick aufs Meer Ausflüge: Boot mieten in Rabac - Im Hafen gibt es zahlreiche Anbieter, allesamt sind super bewertet und super nett, so dass die Auswahl am Ende schwierig war.”

    “Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über eine super Ausstattung. In der Küche findet man alles an Geräten was man braucht, ebenso ist genügend Geschirr, Gläser etc. Vorhanden.
    Gleiches gilt für Decken, Kissen und Handtücher.
    Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet.
    Ebenso ist die Terrasse/Veranda ideal für gemütliche Abende.
    Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps zur Umgebung.”
