Ruhig, direkt am Wald gelegen, befindet sich auf dem ca. 1.700 qm großen Wohngrundstück im Souterrain des Vermieter-Wohnhauses die gemütliche und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Der Klein Plastener See und das Schlosshotel Groß Plasten sind etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, schöne Radtouren lassen sich direkt vom Grundstück starten.


Die ca. 55 qm große Nichtraucher-Wohnung mit separatem -Eingang wird zentral beheizt und verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum (Schlafcouch – Aufbettung für zwei Personen, TV, Radio, CD- und DVD-Player) mit offener Küche (Ess-Theke, E-Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit, Mikrowelle, div. Küchenkleingeräte), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Bad mit Dusche/WC sowie über Insektenschutz an den Fenstern.


Weiterhin stehen eine eigene Sitzecke im großen Garten, ein Grill, Parkplatz, Fahrrad-Unterstellmöglichkeiten, WLAN und ein Kinderhochstuhl für die Ess-Theke zur Verfügung. Die im Garten vorhandenen Spielgeräten dürfen genutzt werden.
Im Gesamtpreis sind die Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie der Wasser- und Energieverbrauch eingeschlossen. Haustiere sind in diesem Objekt nicht gestattet.

Groß Plasten ist eine kleine Gemeinde inmitten der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte, ca. 12 km vom touristischen Anziehungspunkt Waren (Müritz) entfernt. Der Ort wird vor allem durch das überregional bekannte Schlosshotel und den idyllischen Klein Plastener See geprägt. Durch seine Nähe zum Müritz-Nationalpark, dem Nationalen Naturmonument „Ivenacker Eichen“ mit einem Baumkronenpfad und der Wald- und Seenreichen Umgebung ist Klein Plasten idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten.



Schöne Bademöglichkeiten finden sich neben versteckten Naturbadestellen an den Seen der Umgebung vor allem im Volksbad an der Müritz in Waren (ca. 13 km) oder im idyllisch gelegenen Wald-Freibad in der Reuterstadt Stavenhagen (ca. 18 km).
