Beautiful villa in the mountains of Genova. It has fantastic views and a private swimming pool. It is located in a quiet area of the island, but still very close to both Palma as well as the beach. Just 2 minutes away by car you will reach the beach of Cala Major and in less than 10 minutes you will be in the center of Palma.
The property features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Inside, there is a big living room with a large TV, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi connection and a beautiful fireplace that invites you to watch a movie, listen to music or simply with a glass of wine next to a good book. In the dining area you can enjoy dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the fully equipped kitchen that is at your disposal.
The exterior will be the delight of adults and children, next to its large pool has hammocks and outdoor furniture where you can share with family and friends a snack or delicious meals prepared on the barbecue, every sunny summer afternoon will be a pleasure.
The area is unbeatable, only 1.5 kilometers away from the beach, where you can find different leisure and nautical activities. Within 600 meters you will find endless restaurants in Genova where you can enjoy the local cuisine - Genova is widely known by its great restaurants. You can reach all of them on foot, just 3 minutes walking.
Also, at night, you have the option of walking along the seafront of Palma, this is the tourist center of the island par excellence, there you will find one of the most famous leisure areas of the island, as well as restaurants, area of Bars and party. The area is well connected, has buses, taxis and transfer service.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
