Ferienhaus in Baia Sant'Anna, einem kleinen Wohndorf, ca. 5 km vom Zentrum von Budoni entfernt. Das von einem Garten umgebene Haus mit eigenem Zugang verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Essbereich im Freien, eine Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.



Ausgestattet mit einem großen Außenbereich liegt das Haus nur 1 km vom Strand von Porto Ainu entfernt, der auch zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten auf der Straße zu erreichen ist. Der Garten mit grünem Rasen und Hecken, die der gesamten Umgebung Privatsphäre verleihen, beherbergt eine große Veranda mit Relax-Bereich, einen Parkplatz für das Auto, einen Grill und eine Außendusche. Der als Essbereich ausgestattete Patio leitet die große und geräumige Küche ein, in der sich auch ein Wohnbereich mit TV befindet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über Geräte. Ein kleiner Flur führt dann zum Schlafbereich bestehend aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Doppel- und einem mit Etagenbett, die direkten Zugang zum Garten haben. Abgerundet wird das Angebot durch ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Struktur ist mit Klimaanlage und Wi-Fi-Verbindung ausgestattet.

    “Positiv: Schönes Haus, Terasse und Schattenplatz für Sitzgruppe, gemütlich und angenehm, ruhige Wohngegend.
    Strand Porto Ainu ist schön und auch gut für Kinder geeignet.
    Zu Fuß ist der Ort Tanaunella bzw. der Strand in ca. 800 m erreichbar. Es gibt 4mal am Tag einen kostenlosen Strandbus (Marebus Budoni) für andere Ortsteile/Strände, Haltestellen ca. 700m entfernt. Negativ: Mit Geschirrspüler wäre es quasi perfekt.
    Ohne Auto sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, Baia Sant Anna hat keine Bar, Restaurants, Geschäfte, etc.”
