The Franconian Lake District lies in our beautiful district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen and the district of Roth. The Großer Brombachsee, the Altmühlsee, the Kleiner Brombachsee, the Igelsbachsee and the Rothsee offer water sports enthusiasts a very wide range of sports options of all kinds on and in the water.
For adventures big and small, numerous leisure providers offer many experiences in every season, such as:
– the adventure forest in Enderndorf or
– the family golf and soccer golf course in Pleinfeld
About 3 minutes walk from our apartment buildings.
From a culinary point of view, our region offers first-class regional cuisine in numerous restaurants in our picturesque towns on and around the large Brombachsee. Our holiday and business apartments in Pleinfeld are located at the gateway to the Altmühltal Nature Park. The UNESCO World Heritage Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes, the former border of the Roman Empire, runs right through the middle of the Altmühltal Nature Park. Impressive forts, uncovered thermal baths, reconstructed watchtowers, valuable treasure finds, informative museums and historical festivals – in the Altmühltal Nature Park you can walk in the footsteps of the Romans.
Musically and historically, the region around the large Brombachsee also offers a huge selection of leisure activities for all ages and tastes all year round in over 500 music, entertainment and museum events!
We are only 30 minutes by car from the center, the old town and the Nuremberg trade fair and there is a train connection every 60 minutes from Pleinfeld station to Nuremberg main station. In just 35 minutes you can reach the city of Nuremberg by train. The world-famous “Nuremberg Christmas Market” is almost on our doorstep.

If canceled later, 90% of the total price will be charged.
