Located in a small village halfway between the City of Carcassonne and the sea, near Narbonne, come and discover the peace and quiet in this beautiful building away from the village centre. The gîte has a beautiful enclosed landscaped garden of about 500 m², a beautiful 8x4 swimming pool open from May to the end of September, with a sunbathing area. For nature lovers, there are marked hiking trails in the Monts d'Alaric, 5 km away, from which you can enjoy panoramic views over the Aude plain. For culture lovers, the region offers many treasures with the Cathar castles, the Cité de Carcassonne or the Abbaye de Fontfroide and other museums. White water sports centre 4 km away.

The house comprises: large living room-kitchen opening onto a beautiful pergola terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Laundry room and bike or motorbike room, shower room with WC. On the first floor, on one side of the gîte, a master bedroom with a double bed and shower room / WC. On the other side of the gîte, accessible by another staircase, three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90). Another bedroom with a double bed in 160 and the last bedroom with a bunk bed. Also on this floor, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Table football available. Closed parking for one car in the property and places available outside.
