This beautiful ground-floor house with spacious plot is situated in a small oasis amongst pretty family houses. On the neighbouring plot, there is a house with wellness and very well equipped beauty salon offering the newest beauty treatments, anti-cellulite treatments, massages and solarium. It gives guests’ the opportunity of taking a short walk from the holiday home to the beauty salon without having to spend time in traffic. In this location you can enjoy the peacefulness and yet you are close enough to all attractions. By bicycle or on foot you can go to the nearby museum of modern art in the open air (ca. half an hour of walk or 15 minutes of drive). In 20 minutes of drive you will reach the famous tourist place of Rabac with exceptionally clean sea, lovely beaches and plenty of entertainment. In 10 minutes of drive you will get to the old town of Labin, which is well-known as the town of artists as it has plenty of small galleries, events and musical evenings during the summer. Also, within one hour you can reach the western coast of Istria, the famous romantic town of Rovinj, Porec or agro-touristic facilities, where you can taste Istrian wines and home-made delicacies.
