Nordstrand is a dyked peninsula in the district of Nordfriesland in Schleswig-Holstein. It is located off Husum in the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park and was a marsh island until 1987. Already at the beginning of the 20th century the peninsula was connected by a dam. The popular vacation resort is surrounded by the sea on three sides.

Here you can find vacation pleasure and recreation all year round. In autumn and winter a fresh breeze blows over the dike. It is a special experience to walk over the frozen mudflats and through white snow-covered landscapes. In summer, on the other hand, beach vacations with the family are high on the wish list.

The apartment on North Beach is ideal for small families and couples who long for a break at the North Sea. The apartment is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The cozy living room with fully equipped open kitchen provides optimal comfort. In addition to the box-spring beds in the bedroom, there is a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. The comfort also includes a large walk-in shower. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the view from the balcony. And best of all, electricity is already included in the price of all apartments in the complex.

Each apartment has its own parking space. Another, public P-place is approx. 100m away.

Everything is available here for a relaxing vacation: supermarket, bakery and farm store. Just opposite is the spa center with swimming pool, sauna and wellness facilities. Only about 20km away is Husum with good infrastructure and a train station.

The location directly behind the dike makes the heart of every North Sea fan beat faster. Even a small fishing lake is only a few meters from the apartment door. In summer, Nordstrand offers many swimming opportunities on the green beaches of the region. Especially popular are the salt marshes at Süderhafen or the guarded bathing beach Holmer Siel.

The comfortable apartments are an ideal starting point for exploration tours. For example, take trips to St. Peter Ording, Husum or Friedrichstadt. The neighboring islands are also easy to reach from Nordstrand. Only a few minutes away from our apartments in Nordstrand, the ships of the Adler Line will take you from Nordstrand to Sylt, Hooge, Amrum or Föhr.
