Nettes Ferienhaus in Crni mit Privatem Pool

Diese beiden Villen liegen nahe der Kvarnerbucht mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer.

Alles ist noch umgeben von intakter Natur. Das Wasser glasklar und in immer türkiser Farbe.

Ein Genuss da baden und schwimmen zu gehen.

Der nächst größere Ort ist Labin, für Nachtschwärmer wäre dann Rabac Anlaufstelle.

Zahlreiche Badebuchten kann man erkunden und bleiben wo es einen gefällt.

Hundestrände gibt es auch, aber bei den zahlreichen Stränden ist es nicht so streng gehandhabt.

Es erschließt sich der Blick auf das türkis-blaue Meer in dem sich oft spielerisch Delfine 

zu Besuch sehen lassen.

Sauberstes Wasser erwartet den Touristen. In Nahe gelegenen Ort Sveti Marina ist ein Supermarkt, ein Restaurant und auch sehr gute Pizzeria.

Ein sehr schöner Strand und auch viele kleine Buchten erlauben private Strandstunden.

Die Straße ist nur kurz und Sackgasse, also absolut ruhig.




Villa Isabel mit 2. Haus Villa Imo, kleines extra Haus auf dem Grundstück, liegt in einer der schönsten, naturbelassensten Gegend von Istrien mit fantastischen Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht.

In der größeren Villa finden 4 Personen Platz, in dem kleinerem Haus können 2 Personen einen komfortablen Urlaub verbringen.

Man ist zusammen und trotzdem hat man eine wunderbare Privatsphäre.

Ein großer Swimmingpool bietet Platz für alle und erlaubt beim schwimmen einen tollen Blick über das Meer.

Insgesamt 2 Terrassen und einen tollen Balkon zum Meer bieten die 2 Häuser.

Verträumt kann man seinen so lang ersehnten Urlaub genießen.

Der Weg zum Meer sehr kurz, nur etwa 1,2 Kilometer

Ein Urlaub der besonderen Art für Sie und Ihre Familie oder einfach mit guten Freunden.

In beiden Häusern ist Nespresso Maschine und ebenfalls für Filterkaffe eine Maschine

In allen Schlafzimmern Fernseher.

Gäste mit einem Hund bittet Vermieter, ausreichend Decken mitzubringen.
