Villa Issa Hills is located on the fairytale island of Vis, also known as the pearl of the Adriatic and one of the most romantic islands in the world. The charming town offers every visitor an unforgettable adventure and wonderful memories of a dream vacation. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and treat yourself and your loved ones to a wonderful vacation, then Villa Issa Hills is for you! Built in 2024 in a contemporary architectural style that exudes alluring luxury and a beautifully decorated interior, this villa offers its guests 445 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1214 m2. The distance to the nearest sea is only 400 meters, which is an excellent opportunity for a pleasant refreshment in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. You can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from this villa, whether you are on the outdoor terrace or in the bedroom. The Issa Hills villa can accommodate a maximum of 16 people, the optimal number being 10. You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms (200 x 200) and all the rooms listed have en-suite bathrooms with showers. There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and two more on the 2nd floor. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family, as well as a dining room with a dining table. In the living room there is a couch, two armchairs, a TV and a coffee table. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, where there is a heated pool of 65 m2. Next to it there are 10 sun loungers where you can relax while reading your favorite book. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood-fired barbecue on the terrace. Other facilities available to you during your stay include a washing machine, an iron, a crib and a food dispenser. There are also 3 sofa beds (140x200) available as extra beds if required, which are located in 3 bedrooms. A PlayStation provides entertainment for young and old. The yard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. Vis is known for its mild Mediterranean climate with hot summers, offers varied beaches and incredibly beautiful bays. Stiniva is definitely the most famous beach on the island of Vis and it can be said that it is also one of the most famous beaches in Croatia. The town of Vis is located on the north-eastern side of the island in a naturally sheltered bay.
