Villa Carbon Residence is located in Istria, in the beautiful town of Labin. At your disposal is 375 m2, while the total area of the property is up to 2000 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The villa consists of first floor, upper floor and cellar. In the basement there is a Man Cave garage, which includes a wine cellar, a game room and a bathroom with shower. The first floor will delight you with the living room, which has a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a modern equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms, three of which have double beds and accompanying bathrooms with bathtubs, and there are also two rooms with 4 single beds and private bathrooms with showers. The rooms on the second floor have direct access to the outdoor terrace, from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the old town, the center of Labin and the surrounding area. The lower outdoor terrace will delight you thanks to the overflow and the pool of 60 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters. Next to it, you can relax on the sun deck on 10 deck chairs. Besides, you can prepare meals on the charcoal grill on the outdoor terrace and taste delicious dishes at the covered outdoor table with 10 seats. Other amenities at Villa Carbon Residence include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. You can take advantage of the food dispenser and baby crib, and there's also a separate restroom. You will have fun playing table soccer or table tennis, and thanks to the hot tub you can enjoy true luxury. The yard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 6 private parking spaces. In the immediate vicinity are all major amenities, as well as a handful of available activities and the tourist center of Rabac. Simple and pure luxury is complemented by details from the history of Labin, becoming a 'museum' of Labin mining. It is surrounded by Mediterranean herbs and offers a wide range of aromatherapy products to maintain health and a pleasant aroma. In addition, in Labin you will find many sights, such as the Frankopan Palace and the Lazzarini Battial Palace from the 17th century, as well as the Labin Gate from 1589.
