Villa Zarra is located in Dubrava near ?ibenik, only 8 km from the town of ?ibenik. ?ibenik is a town in the north of Dalmatia at the confluence of the river Krka with the Adriatic Sea and is often called the town of children, as the famous International Children's Festival has been held here for almost 60 years. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a quiet and pleasant vacation, this villa is an excellent choice for you! The villa was built in 2021 in a contemporary architectural style and offers its guests 206 m2 of living space and 1150 m2 of total land. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. The villa also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower stall and a regular bathroom with a bathtub and shower stall. The living room has a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a romantic fireplace. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 6 people and a modern kitchen, perfect for preparing the most delicious meals for family and friends. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 36 m² pool, 1.5 meters deep, which has an automatic electrolysis as an additional function. Next to the pool you can sunbathe on 5 sunbeds, 4 of them are designed for one person and one serves as a sunbed for two. On the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table with 6 seats and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor seating area next to the pool, where there is also an umbrella, or on another seating area with a table under the canopy. Other facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and a crib and baby crib. The yard of Villa Zarra is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces. Moreover, the garden is large enough for children to play and have fun without any hindrance. What you must visit in the town of ?ibenik is the Cathedral of St. Jacob and the Fortress of St. Nikole, where concerts are held in the summer, and you can swim on the beach of Banj with a unique view of the old town. Another interesting thing about ?ibenik is that the series ?Game of Thrones? was filmed there. In the immediate vicinity of ?ibenik there are two national parks and a nature park, which together with numerous other beauties make ?ibenik a tourist paradise for all nature lovers. The National Park ?Krka? covers an area of 109 km² of the most beautiful course of the river Krka and the lower course of the river ?ikola, adorned with natural beauty and rich cultural and historical heritage. The second national park ?Kornati? is located in the Kornati archipelago with 152 islands, and also the nearby nature park ?Vransko jezero?, the largest natural lake in Croatia, whose dominant feature is a special ornithological reserve with 256 species of birds is worth mentioning.
