Enjoy a meal on the first terrace or bask in the midday sun on the second terrace. You'll love the peaceful surroundings to recharge your batteries during your holiday. Bages is an authentic village that has managed to keep its natural heritage intact, being a jewel of the region that can offer several activities including fishing, hiking, windsurfing or boating. This little jewel of the region invites you to stroll through its steep streets. There are plenty of walks and cycle rides around the gîte. Nearby, less than 20 minutes from the gîte, you can visit the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its magnificent landscapes, the beautiful wild beaches of the Mediterranean, the Sigean African reserve or Narbonne la Romaine with its remarkable historical heritage. On site, the gîte has a large private outdoor area: two terraces with two different atmospheres! The first terrace, on the ground floor, has garden furniture and a barbecue, and a beautiful view over the lake. The second terrace, on the first floor, is equipped with sun loungers, and still offers a sublime view over the lake. Day or night and in all weathers, the landscape is never the same.

On the ground floor, a corridor leads to the first room on the left: the living room with TV and sofa. On the right is the dining room with a table adapted to the capacity and a fully equipped open kitchen where you can have breakfast. At the end of the hallway is a large lounge ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, with an idyllic view through the bay window onto the terrace and pond, complete with armchairs. Separate WC with washbasin. On the first floor, take the stairs to a corridor that leads on the right to an airlock with a bench for your belongings and direct access to the separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. On the left is the first bedroom with a 140cm bed, facing the pond. The upstairs suite consists of two bedrooms, the first with a 150cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra. WIFI connection. Baby equipment available on request. Public car park in the street around the gîte.  1 pet allowed.
