Behind the house also begins the nature reserve Wasenmoos, which is popular not only for hikers in summer, but also for cross-country skiers in winter.
The 86qm big apartment with 7 rooms (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room and living/dining area) is furnished in contemporary alpine style with lots of wood. It can be used by up to 8 people. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a large box-spring bed (200x200cm); bedroom 3 has two bunk beds each with two 90 x 200cm mattresses. Attention: The bunk beds are limited on 90kg for the upper bed.
The apartment is fully equipped - kitchen with baking oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher... or the two bathrooms with heated towel rack, hairdryer... or the utility room with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment... Four Flat-TVs in the bedrooms and the living room round up the superior equipment.
In addition, there is a furnished south-facing terrace and a north-west balcony with a total of 37sqm. Especially on the large south-facing terrace you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the Hohe Tauern from morning to evening.
Another highlight is the sauna with a stunning view for up to four people belonging only to the apartment.
The included underground parking space and on the same level the ski / ski boots room (also usable for bicycles etc...) complete the attractive offer.
Location: The town of Mittersill (Oberpinzgau -Salzburger Land) on one side of the valley is 7 minutes away by car. Here you will not only find shops for everyday needs but also a variety of excellent restaurants and a great shopping experience. As the starting point of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, Mittersill is also home to one of the most modern National Park Worlds. In summer, the town also offers traditional and cultural celebrations.
On the Tyrolean side, the Kitzbühel region borders the Pass Thurn in the valley. Here you are in just a few minutes in the quiet villages of Jochberg and Aurach. The internationally known centre of Kitzbühel with the legendary Hahnekamm ski-run and its sophisticated flair can be reached in 19km.
Those who want to go even further can reach the Bramberg Wildkogel family ski area, the Zillertal-arena, the Kaprun glacier and the region of Zell am See within 20-40 minutes.
Mobility: Thanks to the elevator, stepless access to the apartment is possible. Due to passage dimensions, e.g. at the doors, the apartment is only partially suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Note: The tourist tax obligation applies to adults as well as children form 14 years and is already included in the price. If necessary, a deposit of 500 € is payable on the spot (cash or card). Regular check-in from 04:30 p.m. and check-out by 09:30 a.m. The contractual partner is obliged to pay the agreed fee plus any additional amounts incurred as a result of separate use of services by them and/or the accompanying guests plus statutory VAT, no later than at the time of arrival.
