Red House Apartments
Im kleinen malerischen Küstenort Sveta Marina liegt unser schönes RED House Apartmenthaus mit drei modernen Ferienwohnungen. In zweiter Reihe zum Meer befindet es sich nur ein paar hundert Meter vom nächsten Strand entfernt und bietet einen einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Cres.
Wanderfreudige erreichen weitere Strände und Buchten direkt vom Haus aus. Auch viele Wanderwege sind in direkter Nähe. In Sveta Marina gibt es einen kleinen Minimarkt, einen Bäcker, eine Strandbar sowie 3 Restaurants. Große Supermärkte sowie viele weitere Restaurants befinden sich im ca. 15 Minuten entfernten Labin.
Dieses Apartment befindet sich in der Mitte unseres Apartmenthaus. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit Boxspringbetten (180x200cm) und herrlichem Ausblick auf eine kleine Bucht von Sveta Marina, bietet es Platz für vier Personen.
Die offene und moderne Küche ist mit reichlich Küchenutensilien, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und einer Kühl-/Gefrierkombi ausgestattet. Für Kaffeeliebhaber gibt es die Wahl zwischen einer Filterkaffeemaschine und einem Espressokocher. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Smart TV. Der Balkon ist sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich. Hier kann man stundenlang sitzen und den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Cres genießen. Ein Sonnenschutz sorgt sowohl für den nötigen Schatten an heißen Tagen als auch für zusätzliche Privatsphäre.
Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Grillplatz mit großen Esstisch, wo man auch mal Kontakt zu den anderen Hausbewohnern knüpfen kann.
