The standig individually villa is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residence. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water. For use are available: terrace and garden furniture. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-week cleaning service is offered, which includes cleaning of floors throughout the house and cleaning of the bathroom. Linen is changed only when necessary and for a fee.

The Riva degli Etruschi holiday complex extends over a kilometer of beach and 35 hectares of parkland. Access is also guaranteed for people with disabilities. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available and included in the pool area.
