The natural stone villa Son Guillotet was built on a beautiful 120,000 square metre plot. It is characterised by its secluded location in the middle of an unspoilt natural landscape with lush vegetation right next to the house. Part of the property is home to a garden and offers numerous sunbathing areas and shady trees. Mediterranean plants predominate here, such as olive trees and a few impressive palm trees. The tranquil atmosphere around the house is characterised by the sounds of nature and offers the ideal setting for private relaxation and recreation. A large, 66 square metre infinity pool is integrated into the large garden landscape and ensures that you stay wonderfully fresh on hot days. It has easy access and is surrounded by a wrap-around terrace with numerous comfortable loungers.

If the sun is too bright, you can of course use a parasol. In addition, a cosy seating area under a light bamboo roof invites you to linger and relax. From here you have the best view over the pool and the lawns and can keep an eye out for the children playing and swimming if necessary. This is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the idyllic setting at any time of day or night. The path leads from the pool terrace, just a few metres away, to the villa. A romantic covered terrace overgrown with vines awaits guests here. Depending on your preference, you can sit at the beautiful dining table or take a seat at one of the mural-like seating areas. Other designed corners and niches around the villa invite you to keep finding new favourite spots and experience this beautiful corner of the world to the full. For sports enthusiasts, there is a table tennis table under the breezy shade. Perhaps you would also like to use the barbecue and enjoy fresh Mediterranean delicacies over a culinary barbecue one evening.

The appealing atmosphere continues inside the villa. There is a combined living/dining/kitchen area, which is immediately cosy and atmospheric with harmoniously coordinated materials and colour combinations. The use of solid wood ceilings, windows and furniture as well as bright and cheerful colours is a smart choice here. The open fireplace in the corner of the living room and the small stove in the dining area conjure up additional cosiness. The round dining table, from which you have a wonderful view of the terrace and the garden beyond, seats six people. The integrated, separate kitchen is separated by a worktop and is fully equipped. In addition to a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine, it also has a fridge, an oven, a ceramic hob and a washing machine. The bedrooms are brightly lit and feature light colours, cosy ceiling beams and sparingly dosed colour tones, but do not have any obtrusive accessories. Comfortable 1.60 x 2.00 metre beds ensure a restful night's sleep. The three bathrooms are spacious and modern in style, with beautiful wall and floor tiles and aesthetically pleasing fittings. You can conveniently leave your hairdryer and iron at home.

Exceptional and very beautiful natural stone villa on a gorgeous, spacious estate near Ariany on the coast of the island. Petra offers the perfect opportunity for grocery shopping. There is a weekly market here on Wednesdays with a large selection of fresh Spanish produce. The nearest beaches include the beautiful sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina or Cas Capellans.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
