Das Bauernhaus besteht aus zwei Etagen, die jeweils eine völlig unabhängige Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Kochnische, zwei Schlafzimmern und Bad umfassen; die gesamte Struktur kann bis zu 8/9 Personen beherbergen.
Serviceleistungen, Zubehör und Ausstattung: Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz, Küchenausstattung, Fenster mit Moskitonetzen, teilweise Einwegwäsche (bestehend aus Matratzen- und Kissenbezügen). Die normale Bett-, Bad- und Küchenwäsche wird von den Gästen gestellt.
