A spacious holiday home with attractive outdoor seating, close to the sea and at the same time in an urban environment, but without being too lively - not many villas can offer that, but Es Vivers can! Up to six people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here, with the sea and the mountains right on the doorstep, an unbeatable argument when it comes to the feel-good factor. There are two terraces where you can enjoy quality time in the open air. One of them is covered, equipped with cool furniture and faces the front, while the other faces the rear with a dining table, barbecue and mountain views. Particularly practical: one of the balconies has an outdoor shower if you need to cool off. You may want to reserve one of the balconies for a morning coffee and the other for your evening meal in harmony with the sun. There is a cat on the property that guests are welcome to feed. The owner will of course provide catering. Right next to it is a football pitch, where the children travelling with you will certainly enjoy spending their time.

As you enter the apartment from the front through a covered entrance area, you will find a bright and spacious interior. A large living and dining room, cleverly built around the corner and equipped with access to the front terrace, creates an inviting ambience with cosy furniture that guarantees moments of pure relaxation even when staying indoors. The comfortable sofa invites you to immerse yourself in a long book, your favourite series or beautiful music, or you can take the opportunity to use your holiday for longer conversations. The air conditioning ensures that you always have the ideal level of freshness and warmth. Practical in the kitchen: with access to the rear terrace, you will find all the equipment you need for a self-catering holiday, and the huge fridge offers plenty of space for everything you want to enjoy at the right temperature in summer. For all sorts of holiday naps and a good night's sleep, there are a total of three double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, air conditioning and access to the rear terrace. The other two bedrooms share an additional bathroom.

Travellers in Es Vivers can run their daily errands on foot, an advantage that not many villas in Mallorca have, as most of them are located in more rural areas. Thanks to its location directly on the small road, you can reach various destinations in no time at all. If you want to visit local restaurants and cafés, you can get there quickly on foot. And if you fancy a stroll through a Mallorcan weekly market, drive the 13 km to Artà, a small town that will delight you with its picturesque alleyways. For families, a visit to the marina in Colònia de Sant Pere is particularly exciting, as is a day at one of the nearby beaches, such as Son Serra de Marina, just 2.8 km away. The area is also ideal for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists - why not take a relaxing walk along the rocky coast or into the centre of the island? Travelling with golf equipment? Then you can hit a few balls on the Capdepera golf course, approx. 17 km away. In Colònia de Sant Pere in the beautiful eastern part of the island, the holiday home Es Vivers boasts a fantastic location in a pleasantly central location near the beautiful harbour, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea! You can easily do your shopping here on foot. One of the highlights of the accommodation is its proximity to the beautiful sandy beach Platja de Colònia de Sant Pere, which is just 200 metres from your front door.
