If you are looking for a relaxing, restful villa holiday in Mallorca and want both a cosy atmosphere and really excellent value for money, then this villa is sure to warm your heart. The owners have managed to combine modern and traditional elements in both the interior and exterior in an inviting way, creating a comfortable stay with typical Mallorcan character. When you arrive at the beautiful property, this original effect is evident in the house, which has a classic natural stone façade despite its recent construction. You will immediately feel like relaxing on the spacious front terrace, which leads to the pool area just a few metres away. Both areas are equipped with plenty of outdoor furniture, so the only thing missing is your favourite cool drink in your hand. But that's not the end of the outdoor seating, as further adjoining terraces extend over 100 m². This landscape is partially covered and offers plenty of shade around the villa. It is also surrounded by a well-tended garden with many trees and lots of Mediterranean plants. The entire property is thus wonderfully embedded in the absolutely marvellous hilly landscape around Son Servera. A special highlight next to the pool is a huge outdoor barbecue area where you can barbecue at any time in the evening. The outdoor pool is also very practical. You don't have to walk around the house with wet feet after swimming.

The interior of the villa has a large living room with a cosy seating area by the open fireplace and a dining area. The living area is also equipped with a TV, DVD player, music system and WiFi. The layout is clever, as one side of the room opens up to the fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and much more. Whoever is responsible for cooking can stay in the middle of the action and be involved, and setting and clearing the table is done in a few simple steps. Four beautifully furnished double rooms ensure a restful night's sleep in quiet surroundings for everyone. Three of these rooms each have two single beds and the fourth room has a large double bed. Two modern bathrooms with showers round off the house, which is particularly bright and flooded with light thanks to its large windows. The same applies to the living area, which has floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the terrace. Especially if you are travelling with one or two families with children and are looking for a good rental price, you can't go wrong with Villa Tia.

Great news for beach lovers: the nearest beach is only 5 minutes away. This is a sandy beach with a gradual slope into the water, ideal for children. Other beaches are also just a short drive away. Very attractive is also the fine sandy beach Playa de Sa Coma with a length of about 900 m and a width of 60 m, which has a shady promenade for strolling. Cala Ratjada (14 km) also offers a marvellous promenade and great evening restaurants. For shopping, you might like the town of Manacor (18 km), which has shops, restaurants and nightclubs. More idyllic is the beautiful village of Artà (12 km), with an inviting pedestrianised area.

The beautiful, absolutely family-friendly Villa Tia has magnificent views from its location near the coastal village of Son Servera. The house sits on a 7,000 m² plot, allowing easy access to some of the local beaches, which are among the most beautiful sandy coves in Mallorca. Son Servera is only a few minutes away by car and offers a lovely farmers' market on Fridays as well as supermarkets and restaurants.
