Thanks to the air conditioning, you can feel at home all year round, even in the four double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with two single beds and is located on the same floor as the living room. All the others have access to the veranda. On the mezzanine floor you will find a practical wardrobe and a guest WC as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom. Four more people can sleep in the two bedrooms on the ground floor, which also has two bathrooms. One of them has a bathtub for a sensual end to the day.

The villa is located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Bonaire, which is just 4 km from Alcúdia, combining proximity to an attractive town with the benefits of an impressive coastal location. A short walk takes you to the idyllic little harbour of Cocodrilo. Here you can round off the evening with a nightcap. From the villa's terrace, you can enjoy views of Formentor beach and the bay of Pollença, both of which are definitely worth a visit. In Can Picafort, 15 km away, you can stop off at one of the many coastal bars and soak up the maritime holiday feeling. This much is certain: during your holiday at Villa Casa Ehren Alma del Mar, you won't want to leave the north coast of Mallorca. The turquoise-coloured sea and the white sandy beaches of the bays of Pollença and Formentor invite you to take long walks. In less than 10 minutes, you can reach the picturesque town of Alcúdia in your hire car and sample exquisite restaurants, for example. Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the Club de Golf Alcanada, 8 kilometres away. A noble residence with countless possible excursion destinations.
