    “Das Objekt ist gepflegt und optisch ansprechend. Die Wohnung ist schlicht aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung war funktionell einwandfrei. Klasse war die Spülmaschine. Es gab keinerlei Freisitz oder Balkon direkt an der Wohnung. Es gab Alternativen auf dem großen Gelände. Das Appartement ist voll klimatisiert. Im Hochsommer sehr angenehm.
    Der Pool ist gepflegt, groß und nicht überlaufen. Die direkt hinter dem Gelände verlaufende Bahnlinie ist kein Problem. Es herrscht wenig Verkehr und eine Lärmschutzwand reduziert das Geräusch. Negativ ist eine ca. 1km entfernte Kartbahn. Wenn da der Wind ungünstig steht nervt das schon ziemlich. Am Pool am wenigsten. Positiv sind die vorhandenen abgeschlossenen Parkplätze. Ausgangslage für Ausflüge sind ziemlich günstig. Pisa, Florenz, Lucca sind gut zu erreichen. Siena etwas schwieriger. Die Strände sind nach Süden hin sehr schön am Ort nur bewirtschaftet und weniger schön.”
