This cottage situated on a hillside offers fantastic panoramic views of the sea, the ferry port of Ebeltoft and the famous Windmill Park. Besides the beautiful walking paths to the beach, enjoy hour-long swimming in the wonderful pool. Experience the idyllic Ebeltoft with its cobblestone streets, alleys and quaint half-timbered houses, many of which are listed buildings. The house is located close to the Venice of the North. You can take a leisurely stroll or gaze at the boats sailing on the sea. The house has a TDC TV which offers basic package with movies and serials. It also provides a fast internet connection.

    “Opsomming van feiten:
    Bij aankomst bleek de vakantiewoning sterk vervuild.
    Badkamers: zwarte schimmelvorming op wanden en vloeren; douchegordijnen tot plm. 1 meter hoogte zwarte schimmel. Ventilator en douchekop vervuild.
    Woonkamer en hal: vloeren vuil. Keuken: afwasmachine en afzuigkap vet en vuil. Zwembad: wanden sterk verontreinigd.
    Slaapkamers: slaapkamer voor, rolgordijn kapot. Tweede slaapkamer; bed aan vervanging toe. Veren duidelijk voelbaar. In beide slaapkamers zaten de raamsluitingen los. Door ons vastgezet om ramen goed te kunnen sluiten. Slaapkamer met stapelbedden: lamp defect, uitvalschot los en laag stof op kast. Direct na aankomst hiervan melding gedaan.
    Resultaat: vloer in woonkamer en hal (alleen naast het tapijt en de loper) gedweild en de twee vervuilde douchegordijnen
    omgeruild voor twee nieuwe. Wassen was, volgens Dansommer geen optie meer.. Verder hebben wij zelf de rest maar schoongemaakt. Bij afgifte van de sleutel bood Dansommer spontaan € 100.—“compensatie” en excuses.

    Conclusie:
    Sterk vervuild en slecht onderhouden huis, wel op een mooie locatie. Erg jammer want met een beetje onderhoud en goed schoonmaken had je hier een pracht van een vakantie kunnen hebben.
