Quiet, comfortable holiday apartment in Mani
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two floor stone house and has its own, independent entrance and garden.
It has been renovated in 2012, 38 square meters, and consists in a living room with kitchenette and dining table, a bedroom with a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), a small office space and a bath room with douche, wash basin and WC.
The built in sofa can be used as two full functioning beds.
From all the windows you overlook the garden and the the sea.
The house is in the car free village of Sotiras, just over the city of Areopolis in Lakonia, Peloponnese. From the parking you walk 90m to get to the house.
From the car free village Sotiras you have magnificent views westwards on the sea and north on the mountain range of the Taygetos and south on villages and olive fields.
Sotiras is connected to the city of Areopoli by foot with an old stonepath (10 minutes) and by car with the road 5 minutes.
