Holiday flat with a community pool in the Diois

This holiday flat is located in the popular tourist destination of Die. It is situated in a quiet residential area with little through traffic. The centre of town can be reached after five minutes on foot. The town is surrounded by mountains and the natural reserve Vercors. The owner lives in the house.

A small, covered, shaded patio with four chairs and a table is available to our guests. A barbecue is available for your use, as well. The house is surrounded by a 2800 m² garden, where you will find the 4 x 8 m covered pool, furnished with sun loungers. The garden and the pool are used by the owners as well.

The 55 m² apartment is on the building's ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. The apartment offers a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The separate kitchen boasts a dining area and is fully furnished with modern equipment. Amongst other appliances, it offers a dishwasher and a microwave. The living room is furnished with a 120 cm sofa bed and a television. The south facing bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom boasts a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The surrounding area is influenced by Provence. There are many traces of the Gallo-Romance here to be discovered. You can swim in the river Drôme. The surrounding area offers ample opportunity for hiking and mountain biking.

    “Ausstattung und Inventar entspricht der Beschreibung im Angebot. Wir wurden recht herzlich empfangen und die Wohnungsübergabe war total unkompliziert. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen und wir haben sehr erholsame Urlaubstage verlebt. Die Besitzer wohnen mit im Objekt waren aber so leise, dass wir dachten wir sind alleine im Haus. Wir können die Wohnung daher gerne weiterempfehlen.”

    “Gut geschnittene, saubere Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung, Terrasse, Schwimmbadbenutzung im Garten möglich. Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns da wohlgefühlt. Ruhige Lage am Rand des Orts, etwas den Berg hoch. 600m zum nächsten Supermarkt, 750 m zur Altstadt.”
