Villa Highlight in Cape Coral will appeal to all those who prefer to spend their vacation in upscale surroundings. The two-story property with the well-chosen name is located in the Eight Lakes area directly on a large lake and offers gorgeous water views. The beautiful architectural design is enhanced by the attractive pastel-colored façade. A wide driveway lined with palm trees winds its way through the manicured front yard and welcomes guests who can look forward to care-free vacation days in a luxurious residence.
The home offers a very spacious floor plan. There are no less than five bedrooms and five on suite baths, allowing up to ten guests to spread out and make themselves at home in this light and airy property. There are two additional "half" bath and one pool bath. Each room is individually designed and tastefully furnished. The comfortable living room (with fireplace!) features three sofas. The high technical standard and entertainment equipment leave no wishes unfulfilled. If you decide on Villa Highlight to spend the most precious time of the year, you won’t miss out on anything. There is also a game room where you can play cards or gamble for fun.
Vacation homes are certainly not complete unless they have a pool, and this one is quite impressive. The pool area includes an electrically heated pool with spa and a large deck perfect for sunbathing. Thanks to the southwest exposure, the area enjoys sunshine just about all day long. Young guests will have a blast splashing around in the pool while their parents recover from the everyday grind on one of the lounge chairs. At night, you can watch the beautiful sunsets together and end the day with a relaxing barbecue. It’s the perfect vacation for the whole family!
The Eight Lakes offer access to the Gulf of Mexico and the home comes with a private dock with boat lift. It’ll take about half an hour to reach the Caloosahatchee River with your rental boat. From there you can continue on to the Gulf of Mexico and the area’s barrier islands such as Sanibel and Captiva. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, you’ll even be accompanied by dolphins along the way.
