Quietly situated holiday house

This house is in a rural and quiet area, surrounded by many forests and just 25km from Astrid Lindgren’s World.

Enjoy the big garden of 1000m², with a playing lawn for children. Plenty of garden furniture is provided. On colder days you can sit cosily in the conservatory. There is private parking space on site. The nearest neighbour lives about 200 metres away, so it is pleasantly quiet. There is a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, where you can also hire a boat, namely Lake Linden about 3km away. One should also visit the exciting world of Astrid Lindgren in Vimmerby, as well as the Western town of High Chapparal in Värnamo. You can go on a trip to Ädelfors and pan for real natural gold in the Emån river, fun for the whole family. The equipment is included in the entrance fee and you can take the gold home with you. Norra Kvill National Park is near Rumskulla to the north of Vimmerby.

The holiday house is nestled into a typical Småland country estate and can accommodate up to eight people. It has a modern interior, provides 100m2 of living space, and the rooms are on two floors. The upper floor has two bedrooms each with two single beds, which can also be joined together. The ground floor has a living room with a TV and DVD player, fireplace, electric radiator and a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen with a dining space has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom comprises a bath, shower, WC and washbasin. Two supplementary beds can be set up anywhere in the house.

    “Sehr ruhig gelegenes altes Holzhaus auf dem Lande mit großem Garten. Ausstattung absolut vollständig, auch für Familien mit Kindern. Der Preis ist noch ok. Typisch für die Lage sind die Aktivitäten in der Umgebung (Baden, Einkaufen, ...) weitläufig und deshalb am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.”
