This beautiful vacation home with swimming pool is located in the vacation home area of Spodsbjerg. From the large natural ground it is only 150 m to the water. The house is practically furnished and equipped. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and two on the 1st floor. In the middle of the house is the large living/dining area open to the kitchen. Outside in front of the house is a 43 m² terrace, 15 m² of which is attached under roof. There is also a fish cleaning area and a separate room of 20 m² with freezer, good storage space and compartments. The large pool area with the 15 m² swimming pool and jacuzzi for two people also make the house a good choice. Especially on cool days when you come home from a refreshing walk. The house has a filleting place, because here you can fish well. The marina is a short distance away, also fishing lake, Rudkøbing as well as the golf club Langeland.
