Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. This property is a historical and romantic accomodation. For your exclusive use, the following are available: parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard.

Roznica, 70 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, unpaved, length 20 m). Parking is available on the street in front of the house and in a parking lot in the village (distance 20 m). Parking fee (EUR 27.00 per week) or (EUR 40 for 10 days) or (EUR 54 for 14 days) 20 meters from the house.
