This beautiful Mediterranean holiday home with swimming pool is situated amongst wide vineyards, autochthonous Istrian fig trees, Mediterranean vegetation and green fields, which also belong to the house owner. The house is located only 10 minutes of drive away from the beautiful green oasis of Prtlog/Duga Uvala with lovely beaches and unforgettable view on the whole of Kvarner. The interiors of the house are exceptionally comfortable and comprise two floors. On the ground floor there is a tavern with fireplace, fitness room, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a spacious covered terrace perfect for afternoon rest after bathing in the swimming pool, which is located directly in front of it. On the first floor there are three bedrooms equipped with hand-made wooden furniture, a kitchen, dining and living space with fireplace, two bathrooms, an additional toilet and a large terrace. From the large covered terrace on the first floor there is a lovely view on the fields with vineyards. For guests staying in the villa in september it is possible to to participate in the grape harvest on the owner's vineyards, grape processing in the new wine and traditional Istrian meal. In only five minutes of drive you can reach the beautiful old town of Labin with pretty Venetian church, where during the summer concerts of classical music are organised. In the old town of Labin you can find a very original museum with mine imitation.

    “Wir waren begeistert. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und täglich vor Ort. Die Ausstattung war angemessen, die Lage in einem Tal ca. 20 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Saisonbedingt war es überall sehr voll.”

    “Perfekt für Jugendgruppen, die es auch mal länger in die Nacht treiben wollen, da Umgebung verwildert. Ein Nachbar hinter dem Haus, sehr freundlich.
    Pool, Ausblick vom Balkon unfassbar schön. Meer mit Auto in 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar, wunderbar. Küche sehr gut bestückt mit Tellern, Töpfe, Besteck, Gewürzen, Brettern usw. Zimmer alle sehr schön, hell. Aufteilung der Zimmer ein wenig fragwürdig aber okay. Sauberkeit Tipptop. Vermieter sehr nett, immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist den Preis auf jeden Fall wert.”
