Holiday House in La Marinedda with Large Barbecue and Exceptional View

The villa in a typical Sardinian style is 200 metres from the beautiful bay of La Marinedda. The grand building faces the beach and enjoys an exceptional view, enabling you to admire unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf of Asinara.

The villa is near the sea, surrounded by a large, fenced garden. There is a large, paved courtyard with an adjoining green lawn and a large barbecue with a brick-built bar. To the rear of the villa there is a large veranda and a big area with trees. The house features two terraces, a large one on the roof which is ideal for sunbathing, and a smaller one with a view of the sea, suitable for breakfast or an aperitif. The outdoor lighting creates a romantic ambience in the garden in the evenings.

The interior rooms of the villa were comprehensively refurbished recently. The living space comprises a large living room with sea views, a large dining room with an open, built-in kitchen, also with a view of the bay, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa provides heating by means of a pellet stove and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything holiday-makers need, with a gas stove, an electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, espresso machine and ample crockery and cutlery. In the living room there are an LCD satellite TV, a stereo system and a DVD player for your entertainment. The house also has a washing machine.

The village of Isola Rossa is about 1.5km from the villa. In the village you will find all the essential amenities for holiday-makers: supermarkets, a yacht harbour with the possibility to go diving or sea angling, restaurants, night clubs and medical services. The airports at Alghero and Olbia are about 80km away, as are the harbours at Olbia and Porto Torres. The owners have made special arrangements for guests, such as discounts or free services with the management of the beach resort at La Marinedda near the house, as well as other establishments. The details of the special offers are communicated to you after booking. To name one example, in the low season it includes a free beach service (two deckchairs and a parasol) and other discounts on boat rental or beach equipment.

The beach of La Marinedda is a two-minute walk away. It is one of the most popular beaches on the north coast of Sardinia. Here you can choose between free beaches or beaches with beach bars, where you can eat or enjoy a snack. There are also beaches with a deckchair and parasol hire service, boat hire or a variety of water sports activities.

    “Das Haus war wunderschön, von innen und von außen! Soweit mit allem ausgestattet was man alles so benötigt bzw. könnte. Es war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Eingerichtet war das Haus in einem afrikanischen Stil und passte unvorstellbarer Weise sehr gut dort hin! Die Lage war nahezu perfekt! Es waren etwa 200m weg vom Strand und der Blick vom und auch innerhalb des Hauses Richtung Strand und Meer war sehr schön! Auf dem Dach gibt es eine Art Dachbalkon. Von dort aus hat man eine fantastische Sicht auf die Umgebung, Landschaft, Strand und hinaus aufs Meer. Die untere Terrasse war auch einfach nur herrlich am Abend, oder morgens. Sehr oft haben wir dort gefrühstückt, oder zu Abend gegessen. Das WLAN funktionierte super und auch ein großer Flachbild TV ist da.”

    “Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Allem, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub wichtig ist.
    Es gibt mehrere Terrassen am und auf dem Haus. Für 4 Personen ideal, wir waren als Paar dort. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Kein Durchgangsverkehr und absolut ruhig.
    Den herrlichen Strand erreicht man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Vorsaison wunderbar leer und entspannend.
    Vittorio, der Verwalter, ist immer für seine Gäste da. Der beste Service, den ich in einem Ferienhaus bisher erlebt habe. Grazie mille Vittorio e Marcello !!!

    “Die Villa ist geräumig und einwandfrei eingerichtet, bestens passend für einen Familienaufenthalt inkl. Hund. Die Lage ist super und ermöglicht zahlreiche Ausflüge an 1A-Buchten, lädt aber mit der Aussicht auch zum Verweilen bzw. Genießen vor Ort ein. Für die Betreuung und Pflege zuständig sind Freunde des Eigentümers, die extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit sind und nebenan wohnen.”
