It is located in a small istrian village beside the historical town Labin, know as well as the town of artists. It consists of three tastefully furnished apartments, which gives necessary privacy between families or group of friends. In the basement there is a spacious room with kitchen, a big table for communal meals and sociable hours. In this part your will find also a billiard table, bathroom and fitness room. During the hot summer days spend your time at the pool.
