Restored holiday apartment with a sea view terrace in an ancient palazzo of the Viale counts

The apartment is on the second and top floor of an ancient palazzo dating back to 1620, which was owned by the Viale counts, in the old town centre of the medieval Diano Castello.

The apartment was completely refurbished. The entrance leads into a hall. To the right there is the living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for one person (mattress width 80cm) and a fully-equipped kitchen unit. On the same floor there are a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed (width 1.60m). From the living area, stairs lead up to the gallery, where there are a further double bed (width 1.60m) and a second bathroom with a shower. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the Diano Marina gulf and has a well-maintained interior.

The living room-kitchen has access to a terrace with a sea view, equipped with a parasol and garden furniture.

The beach is about 2km away. Supermarkets and the centre with shops are about 300 metres away. There are free car parking areas in the village and just 20 metres from the accommodation.

    “Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber, auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was benötigt wird (Kaffeemaschine, sogar Toaster und Käsehobel ), viele liebenswerte, kleine Details in der Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage. Zudem wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Ausstattung super, sogar Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett vorhanden, Küchenausstattung ebenfalls sehr gut, es ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung, die im Sommer (August ) schon sehr warm war, Ventilatoren waren aber vorhanden, das zweite Bad im DG ist klein, aber bei 4 Personen super, Problem war generell der Parkplatz fürs Auto. Nachts trotz der abgelegenen Lage laut, durch Glockenschlag zweier Kirchen und Fahrgeräusche auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster, da muss man sich dran gewöhnen.”

    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem historischen top renovierten Gebäude. Parkplätze vor dem Haus und WLAN ist vorhanden.
    Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Herd und Ofen sowie jede Menge Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser. Die Nachbarin spricht deutsch und ist Reiseleiterin mit super Tipps für Aktivitäten im Umland (wann ist wo Markt, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten lohnen sich etc.). Wir haben den Urlaub (10 Tage mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 1 und 5 Jahren) sehr genossen!”

    “Piękny i wspaniale wyposażony apartament z widokiem na morze i góry. Super czysto!!!! Biel i nowoczesność zachęcają do spędzania w nim czasu. Jedna z sypialni położona jest na otwartej antresoli, z własna łazienką. Druga sypialnia zamykana, przy niej druga łazienka. Taras daje możliwość spożywania posiłków.”
