Holiday apartments with a private terrace with a view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo

The holiday apartments are in a house consisting of six apartments in Tignale in the Olzano area.

All the rooms in the apartments are equipped with heating and wireless Internet access. Each apartment has a private balcony or private terrace.

The owner lives on the fenced site and is happy to assist with any queries. A pet is allowed. A private car parking space is provided on site for each apartment.

The centre with shops and restaurants is about a kilometre from the holiday apartmetn. The nearest pebbled beach, by the Tignale harbour, is about 8km from the holiday apartment. Gargnano Le Fontanelle has a grass beach (about 10km away). You can also enjoy sports, such as hiking, trekking or mountain biking.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower and bidet and a living room-kitchen with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment.

Outside there is a terrace furnished with table, chairs, loungers and a parasol.

    “Eine wunderschöne, geräumige Ferienunterkunft, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die gesamte Einrichtung einschließlich der Küchenausstattung ist von bester Qualität und von den Matratzen der Betten waren wir einfach nur begeistert!! Wir haben geschlafen, wie zu Hause!

    Der Blick über den See und die Berge ist unvergleichlich schön! Schade, dass die Anfahrtsbeschreibung in italienischer Sprache verfasst war und die Straße vom Navigationssystem nicht gefunden wird. Wer kein italienisch spricht, hat dadurch ein Problem, die Unterkunft zu finden. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar, aber nie aufdringlich! Selten haben wir eine so saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall zu 100% weiter empfehlen und werden selbst sicherlich auch wieder kommen!”

    “Die Fewo war in einem praktischen und äußerst gepflegten und sauberen Zustand und hat uns (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder im Teenageralter) ausreichend Platz geboten. Die Vermieterin hatte zur Begrüßung einen kleinen Willkommengruß vorbereitet und zeigte sich auch im Verlauf des Urlaubs immer wieder aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Die Fewo bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Die Fahrt hinunter zum See dauert ca. 15 Minuten, ein Supermarkt (mit Brötchenverkauf) ist in 3 Minuten mit dem PKW erreichbar.”
