House with two holiday apartments, a terrace and a garden, in a quiet location, not far from the sea


The generous semi-detached house is in a quiet location and consists of two holiday apartments. It is just 1500 metres to the sea.

Both apartments are for four people and have their own entrance. They can be booked individually or together, so this house is ideal for acquainted families or couples. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190cm). A supplementary bed can be added for a fifth person. The apartment also has a bathroom with a bath, a living room with a sofa and a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. On cold days the living room can be heated with the open fireplace.

Each apartment has a roofed terrace with a table and chairs. The big garden is shared by both apartments. It has an outdoor shower and a grill. There are three private parking spaces on site. Bicycles can be borrowed from the owner on request (payable).

The beaches Cala D’Ambra and Cinta are about 1500 metres from the house. It is just a kilometre to the Piazzetta in the centre, which is especially popular in the evening, with bars, restaurants, a market and various shops. The nearest grocery shop is just 100 metres away.

    “Abbiamo passato una meravigliosa vacanza di 12 giorni in questa villetta al piano terra, la casa è ben pulita e tenuta, c'è un giardino con barbecue e doccia esterna (molto comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia) una veranda dove si puo mangiare anche la sera, salone 2 stanze da letto con letti bassi, cucina e bagno, arredato in modo essenziale ma con tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare, TV e divano. la casa si trova a poca distanza dal centro di San Teodoro, ed è servita anche da un bus navetta che va alle spiaggie più belle e alle discoteche nei dintorni. Consigliamo comunque l'uso dell'automobile per visitare altre mete facilmente raggiungibili a pochi km ( Budoni, Golfo d'Orosei, Capo Coda Cavallo ecc.) il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo la struttura a tutti dalle coppie, alle famiglie con bambini ai giovani.”

    “Abbiamo preso entrambi gli appartamenti essendo piu' famiglie,ci siamo trovati bene anche per la posizione tranquilla ma vicina ad ogni necessità, negozi, bar. La casa è comoda, ampi spazi, con tutte le necessità, ampio giardino,abbiamo sempre mangiato all'esterno comodo anche per il parcheggio interno alla casa.”

    “Appartamento molto accogliente, a pochi minuti dal centro di San Teodoro e vicino a tutti i servizi necessari (market, eurospin, farmacia, ufficio turistico, etc...).
    Dotato di ampia veranda, doccetta esterna e lavatrice. A pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più belle di San Teodoro (La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, etc.).
    Situato in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa.”
